We have a real treat for you this week - it's from one of our own very famous published team members Tammy - you really need to see the bears in print in the new issue of Simply Cards and Papercrafting which you should be able to get your paws on by now
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tutorial for a Corner Bookmark
Take a 6 inch by 6 inch white envelope.
On one of the corners mark at 4 inches and draw a straight line.
Cut.
Next take a piece of coloured card stock.
Cut to 4 inches by 4 inches.
Cut in half, glue one piece on the front of what will be your bookmark.
Put aside the other piece for now.
Turn your book mark over ( back facing to you )
Attach some ribbon.
Now take the other triangle , that you placed to one side and glue over the top of your ribbons.
Now for decoration.
I chose small flowers and glued on to the ribbon. Attach some patterned paper to the front of the bookmark.
I sprayed mine with " white primer ", so that it matches my card and door-hanger.
I printed Bea and coloured, then used my nestabilities to mount her.
Let the flower embellishment dry for a while.
Place everything together.
Now you have your finished Bookmark. Can't wait to see your creations.
Happy Crafting.
Hugs
Tammy
