Sunday Spotlight

Hello my lovely Teddy Bo friends

It´s time for another Sunday Spotlight *Yeaaah*. Today we showcase the adorable creations of Sally

That is what Sally tell us about herself and her creativity

I started making cards about 6 years ago after a friend bought me a card making kit which included a book Quick and Easy cards by Julie Hickey. I thought I would give it a go and maybe buy a few bits and bobs and see how I got on.......well I think I am an addict now like many of you reading this and could probably set up a small shop with the amount of stuff that I have accumulated. I find crafting so relaxing and spend as much of my spare time as possible in my craft room.
I started a blog a couple of years ago and this opened up a whole new world including challenge blogs, Design Teams and some great friends. I never thought I would get into stamping as I didn't see the point of spending all that time colouring in an image! Quite laughable now as if I haven't coloured in the image on the card I feel like I have cheated. I got hooked when I saw someone demonstrating how to colour with Copics at the NEC Hobbycrafts show and it looked so effective and relatively quick. So I started with a few Copics and then invested in a few more. I have since added some Promarkers to the collection. Earlier this year i bought some Polychromos and Prisma pencils to see if I could get the hang of colouring with pencils. I still have a lot to learn and each time I colour an image I try some thing different but I love the softness that you can get from the pencils especially when they are blended.
One of my favourite characters to colour is the adorable Teddy Bo and Teddy Bea.
